For over 20 years, Laura Soldati has spearheaded award-winning, multi-media campaigns for some of the most celebrated cultural and civic institutions in the world including the New York Philharmonic, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, the Pittsburgh Symphony, the Baltimore Symphony, The Atlanta Opera, the Atlanta Symphony, the Woodruff Arts Center, and many others. She is a strategic partnership and leadership development consultant for the Department of Cultural Affairs for the City of Atlanta, the City of Baltimore, and Columbia University in the City of New York.

Laura worked as an associate manager at ICM Artists (now Opus 3 Artists) crafting strategies for talent development, and in theatre operations and public affairs for The Shubert Organization, America's oldest and largest theatre owner on Broadway.

Laura is currently a consultant for the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), promoting programs that support international cooperation in education, arts, science and culture. She has also worked on projects for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), executing communications and advocacy strategies for sustainable development programs and initiatives.

Laura has been a communications advisor for local, state, and national campaigns, and is frequently asked to consult with policy and advocacy groups and boards and commissions.

Laura teaches marketing, community engagement, and leadership development workshops for companies, organizations, and colleges around the country. She is also a sought after public speaker and moderator for conferences and panels.
